AIR340B Coalition Shares Concerns Over HB 5350 & SB 1179 That Would Facilitate Unrestricted 340B Growth Without Accountability

The Alliance for Integrity and Reform of 340B (AIR340B) Coalition issued the following statement in response to Michigan House Bill 5350 (HB 5350) and Senate Bill 1179 (SB 1179), legislation that would allow for continued unchecked growth of for-profit contract pharmacies in the 340B program.
